Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a centralized technology support team, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting across enterprise systems and cloud-based environments. The role will focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting users and internal teams, and helping maintain reliable technology operations in a distributed integral environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical incidents and service requests.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based environments and services.
- Support AWS and/or Azure environments as part of day-to-day technical operations.
