Monks is on the lookout for a Operations Coordinator to join our Content team and play a key role in how we allocate, optimize and support talent across our projects.

You’ll work across multiple creative and production disciplines, partnering with project teams and craft leads to understand what each project truly needs, identify the right talent for the work, and make smart staffing decisions across competing priorities. This is more than a scheduling or booking role. We’re looking for someone who can understand the bigger picture, challenge requests when needed, anticipate problems,



and proactively find solutions that make the best use of our teams, time and budgets.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Own resource allocation across multiple projects and disciplines, balancing availability, skills, utilization, timelines and business priorities.
- Partner with Project Managers, Producers, Operations and craft leads to understand project needs and build effective staffing plans.
- Assess briefs and scopes critically, challenging staffing requests when needed and recommending the right roles, allocations and timing for the work.
- Navigate competing priorities and resource constraints, negotiating with stakeholders and proactively proposing viable alternatives.
- Maintain accurate visibility of bookings, availability and capacity to support fast and informed staffing decisions.
