We're on the hunt for a Sales Developer (SDR/BDR/Inside Sales) who possesses a proactive mindset, connects easily with others, exercises discipline, and remains laser-focused on delivering results. Within this role, you'll cultivate your outreach and prospecting expertise while becoming skilled with leading-edge sales tools that help you build relationships with new customers. Your primary goal is landing meaningful meetings with pre-identified target companies and presenting prospects with genuine reasons to explore a partnership with us.
You'll partner closely with fellow SDRs/Team Leads, Sales/Account Managers/Directors, and Marketing teammates, soaking up practical insight into prospecting tactics, the sales pipeline, our service lineup,



and proven success narratives. If your ambitions extend past everyday tasks, you'll also have the chance to connect with EPAM's vast international network of technologists, architects, strategic advisors, consultants, and analysts. This position acts as a stepping stone toward Business Development careers at EPAM, charting a course that can lead to direct/field sales, partner sales, or leadership roles throughout our global SDR network.
Responsibilities
- Play an integral part in EPAM's sales framework by discovering and reaching out to adecuado customer profiles inside assigned accounts, creating new pipeline for the sales and account management functions
- Connect with prospective customers using a blend of LinkedIn, email, outbound cold and warm calling, video conferencing, and social media, igniting genuine dialogue that grows into lasting connections
