Key Account Manager (Monterrey)

POSITION INFORMATION
This position will be a key member of the Data Capture Sales team responsible for focusing on net new key customer accounts to drive and grow revenues. Location is in the Monterrey, Actual Leon state of Mexico.

ROLE MISSION
The Datalogic Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for growing Data Capture revenue in their region. The KAM will also be responsible for understanding Key/Target accounts’ needs in order to offer solutions for their applications. They will ensure the correct products and services are being delivered and resolve any issues and complaints to maintain a level of integrity with our customer base. Proper forecasting of revenue and updating the CRM in regards to key metrics is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Meet and exceed annual sales targets and KPI’s
• Key focus on prospecting of new accounts
• Develop and grow existing accounts
• Interacts primarily with end user customers, and develops relationships with distribution partners, systems integrators to grow revenue. Build customer relationships,



and understand customer needs by effectively positioning Datalogic’s product portfolio
• Achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
• Develops and owns the account strategy within the assigned accounts and communicates back to Datalogic appropriately on an account-by-account basis
• Establishes executive level relationships with the customer base and understands customer processes and business model fully

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education (School/Specialization) Bachelor’s degree preferably in a business or technical discipline: Engineering or Business/Marketing degree
Language Fluent English and Spanish; written and verbal communication
Experience 3+ years sales experience to end users and/or through channel partners
3+ years of experience selling into Tier 1,2,3 accounts in the Retail Market, Mobile Computing market, Scanning or similar market
