About the Role
We are Maersk, and we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Latin America Customer Experience organization, focused on Supply Chain Management (SCM). In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between business, systems, and operations—supporting large-scale migrations, customer implementations, and process improvements across our SCM platform. You will work across complex, cross-functional environments, helping transition customers from legacy systems into our evolving supply chain platform while ensuring operational continuity and performance. This is a hands-on role that combines deep domain expertise,



stakeholder collaboration, and project execution, offering high visibility across regional and integral teams.
