Property Revenue & Customer Service Specialist

We are a boutique hospitality and property management company based in Los Angeles, California. Our diverse portfolio includes a boutique hotel in Venice Beach, short-term vacation rentals (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings), monthly rentals, long-term lease properties, and multiple LLC-managed real estate operations. We manage a portfolio of 60 short-term and mid-term residential Units in Los Angeles, handling everything from listing distribution and channel integrations to dynamic pricing, guest inquiries, and vacancy minimization. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Property Revenue & Customer Service Specialist to oversee our multichannel strategy, eliminate listing errors, expand our presence across corporate and niche platforms, and actively drive bookings to maximize total revenue.

Requisitos

Role Overview

● Location: 100% Remote (Nearby countries with easy visa access and time zone alignment)





● Position Type: Long-term remote position

● Schedule & Weekly Breakdown: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 AM (LA time)

Main Responsibilities

1. Sales & Guest Conversion:

● Handle inbound phone (inquiries via the platform), message, and email inquiries with high energy, persuasive communication, and closing deals focus

● Proactively guide potential guests toward alternative units or adjusted dates to fill calendar gaps and optimize inventory usage.

2. Channel Management & OTA Expansion:

● Minimize vacancy gaps between bookings and expand listing presence across diverse new platforms. Optimize rate strategies using dynamic tools

● Ensure seamless integration between our Channel Manager (Guesty) and external listing sites/PMS.

● Identify and establish direct booking opportunities on property-specific websites

3. Listing Optimization & Quality Assurance:

● Conduct regular audits of all 60
