This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing, Social Media & Design Executive based in Mexico.

This is a hands-on marketing role focused on strengthening digital presence, brand visibility, and audience engagement. You will take ownership of LinkedIn strategy, content creation, social media activity, and employer branding. A key part of the role is promoting vacancies, attracting candidates, and supporting recruiters with personal branding. You will also contribute to email marketing, website content, SEO, and digital campaigns. Working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, you will turn market insights and internal expertise into compelling content. The role offers broad exposure across recruitment marketing, B2B communications, social media, and business development support.

Accountabilities
- Own and execute a consistent LinkedIn strategy designed to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn content,



including vacancies, market updates, team news, success stories, events, new hires, and company milestones.
- Support recruiters and consultants with LinkedIn activity, personal branding, content ideas, job promotion, reposting, and audience engagement.
- Promote job opportunities consistently across LinkedIn and other relevant social media channels.
- Manage and develop activity across additional platforms such as Instagram and Glassdoor.
- Monitor social media performance and use analytics to continuously improve content and publishing strategies.
- Stay informed about LinkedIn and wider social media trends, platform developments, and emerging content formats.
- Develop recruitment marketing campaigns that support candidate attraction, client engagement, and business development objectives.
