Requisitos
- Estudiante de Ingeniería Industrial, Gestión Empresarial o Sistemas Productivos.
- Cursando los últimos semestres o recién egresado.
- Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas de manera presencial.




- Conocimiento básico de Lean Manufacturing y mejora continua.
- Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Proactividad, trabajo en equipo y facilidad de comunicación.

Responsabilidades
- Dar seguimiento al sistema de tickets relacionados con el personal.
- Apoyar en la estandarización de procesos y trabajo estándar para líderes de producción.
- Colaborar en la gestión y control de horarios del personal.
- Apoyar en la implementación y seguimiento de reuniones TIER 1.
- Participar en actividades de mantenimiento autónomo y auditorías de cumplimiento.
- Elaborar reportes, indicadores y ayudas visuales para el área.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en procesos productivos y administrativos.
