About the Role

On behalf of our client, a dynamic sports betting and iGaming company, we are looking for a Football Content & Live Stream Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for the daily operations of football vertical streamers and live streaming projects, focusing on streamer incubation, live streaming operations, content planning, traffic growth, and data optimization.

We are looking for candidates who truly understand football content and fan users, have experience in football IP, sports short videos, or live streaming operations, and can continuously improve streamer and livestream content and traffic performance by leveraging TikTok platform characteristics.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily live streaming operations and management of football streamers, including live streaming scheduling, content preparation, live monitoring, and post-live reviews;
- Responsible for streamer IP incubation, developing growth and content optimization plans based on streamer characteristics,



and continuously improving streamer live streaming and content performance;
- Plan live streaming and short video content based on football schedules, trending matches, and fan interests;
- Responsible for acquiring and growing precise traffic in the football vertical, continuously expanding the target user scale of streamers and livestream rooms;
- Track live streaming, content, and user behavior data, and continuously optimize content direction, traffic strategy, and operational plans based on data;
- Coordinate streamers, copywriters, photography and editing teams, and other team resources to drive the implementation and execution of operational plans.

Requirements
- Have genuine experience in football IP incubation, sports short videos, football live streaming, or related vertical operations;
- Passionate about football, familiar with Liga MX, Mexican football culture, and major teams, while also knowledgeable about mainstream competitions such as the Cham
