Shift Leader Production

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.

What are your main tasks?

• Review with the supervisor information from the daily production plan.
• Check that the 5-minute meetings are carried out, per production line. Open issues in the line QRAP, when a repetitive defect or safety problem is detected.



Escalate the issues that were not resolved in the line GPQ, send them to the area GPQ.
• Review and/or capture material in the SAP system.
• Daily productivity log review.
• Manage staff training (ILUO Multivalence Matrix) and ensure that staff are working according to the ILUO matrix. / Update Polyvalence Matrices in KPI Boards
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment and ensure that the personnel in charge use it according to their work area.

What are your qualifications?

• Leadership/Personnel Management
• Production process assembly.
• Continuous improvement
• SAP Knowledge
• Teamwork.
• Production Basics.

• Preparatory or Technical Career in Plastics or Production Processes and/or related.
• Personnel Management, Strategy Development, Teamwork, Results Orientation.
• Basic English.
