Team Overview
The Marketing team at Buró de Crédito, powered by TransUnion, is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering integrated marketing strategies that support commercial and consumer objectives. The team leads Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing, Business-to-Consumer (B2C) Marketing, Brand Marketing, Internal Communications, and External Communications, working closely with Product and Commercial teams to accelerate strategic growth opportunities. This role is a member of the country leadership team and collaborates extensively with Marketing leaders across regional and integral organizations.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the overall marketing strategy for Buró de Crédito, aligning marketing initiatives with business priorities and long-term growth objectives.




- Develop and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that drive engagement, strengthen strategic customer relationships, and support revenue growth.
- Partner with Commercial and Product teams to identify growth opportunities, prioritize target accounts, and improve demand generation effectiveness.
- Lead integrated B2B and B2C marketing initiatives, including brand management, corporate communications, demand generation, and customer acquisition activities.
- Establish and monitor marketing performance frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact, brand health, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
- Represent market perspectives and customer needs when collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to support growth strategies and investment priorities.
