Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads the development and introduction of new products and projects into manufacturing, ensuring robust processes for machining, assembly, paint, and related operations. This role partners closely with Design, Advanced Manufacturing, Demand and Order teams, customers, and Product Groups to translate requirements into safe, efficient, cost-effective, and scalable manufacturing solutions that meet quality, delivery, capacity, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:




- Leads Manufacturing Engineering teams responsible for new product development, New Product Introduction (NPI), and the launch of new projects from concept through production readiness.
- Defines, develops, and improves manufacturing processes for machining, assembly, paint, tooling, equipment utilization, layouts, routings, work standards, and process documentation.
- Partners with Design Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing to evaluate manufacturability, process capability, tooling needs, equipment selection, automation opportunities, and design-for-manufacturing requirements.
- Supports demand and order requirements by aligning capacity, resources, equipment, and project timing to meet customer needs, product group priorities, and operational commitments.
- Applies strong project management practices to facilitate NPI / NSI / EC projects, lead chartering sessions, validate network diagrams, manage risks, and drive integration
