Major accountabilities:
- Plan, organize and deliver training programs for Sales Representatives and Specialty Sales Representatives on assigned promoted products with emphasis on product & disease knowledge.
- Develop,



update and deliver basic and advanced selling skills training for Sales Representatives, with focus on the Sandoz Sales Model as well as other courses such as communication skills -Work in close collaboration with the Brand Teams to develop & maintain training material/programs of currently promoted and new products to ensure competitiveness in the market place.
- Plays an active role in the success of Cycle and National Sales Meetings by addressing regional and Brand training needs -Develop and implement impactful training with a focus on improving the C7 (Communication-Compounds-Competitions-Customers-Consumers-Corporate-Co mmercial) knowledge of Sales Representatives and Area Business Managers.
- Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours of receipt -Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
