- Build and maintain trusted relationships with leaders across multiple countries within an assigned region, serving as a strategic People partner
- Advise leaders on people strategies, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Provide guidance on team member relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in compliance with local labor laws and company policies
