Role Overview

As the Financial and Operational Compliance Coordinator,



you will report directly to the Controller and ensure every financial and operational requirement across properties and entities has a clear owner, a strict deadline, and verified evidence of completion.

Initially, this role also incorporates the Collections Specialist seat. You will oversee site collection procedures, manage delinquency tracking, and work to maximize bond and collection agency recoveries.
Bring Your Own Device: This is a BYOD role. You are responsible for providing your own laptop and equipment needed to perform your work remotely. On in-office days, you will be required to bring and use your own equipment at the office.
