Requisitos:
- Cualificado en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electromecánica o carrera afín,
- Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos de ingeniería, mantenimiento de propiedades de lujo, hotelería y administración de residencias privadas.
- Conocimientos técnicos en sistemas HVAC, chillers, agua helada, Fan & Coil, sistemas eléctricos, subestaciones
- Habilidad para manejo de generadores de emergencia, sistemas hidráulicos y de bombeo, plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales, sistemas contra incendio, obra civil y acabados,
- Inglés intermedio a avanzado.

Responsabilidades:
- Liderar la operación, conservación y mejora continua del Condominio Maestro, Villas y Residencias, asegurando una coordinación efectiva
