Job Description

Technical Business Systems Analyst (TBSA)



partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The TBSA leverages expertise in business analysis, process improvement, project management, reporting and analytics, process migration, and light software development to drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project objectives.
- Manage project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to support effective project execution and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
