As the Omni Demand Generation Media Lead LATAM for Hill’s Latin America you will be leading the end to end media ecosystem from the creation of integrated media strategies pursuing excellence in execution with continuous optimization to accelerate brand awareness

This role will own the annual media planning,



day to day agencies management & area resources to maximize ROI through our media & communications strategies working closely with general & local teams across the region

This is a hands-on leadership role, deeply involved in setting standards for brand building, shaping future thinking, mentoring talent & working closely with marketing & customer development teams

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

Translate brand growth plan objectives into integrated media strategies: Lead end-to-end media strategies across the region to accelerate brand awareness by defining media audiences & media mix, maximizing our ROI and ensuring every campaign aligns with our global brand guidelines.

Agencies & budget management: Partner with the agencies to define impactful brand experiences through continuous optimization. Your focus will be on maximizing resources, ensuring flawless execution, and driving continuous improvement
