Senior Employee and Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for and implementing and enhancing employee relations and labor relations policies and procedures that drive business results. They serve as a liaison between the HR department and the business side of the company, providing guidance on labor policies, performance management, employee relations, and organizational change initiatives. Facilitate performance management processes and support organizational change initiatives. Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and prepare reports for senior management.



Handle escalated issues within HR Shared Services that cannot be resolved by HR Representatives, providing overall HR support to employees and managers. This includes all matters under the support of HR that are not resolved in TierI.
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in employee and labor relations or a similar HR role. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation preferred
