As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high-volume recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth. What You'll Own Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs. Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels. Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques. Screen resumes, applications, and other candidate materials to assess qualifications and fit. Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities. Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting progress.



Manage interview scheduling and coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process. Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks, assessments, and onboarding documentation. Prepare and extend job offers, communicating compensation, benefits, and employment terms to selected candidates. Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to ensure corporate hiring objectives are achieved. Collaborate with staffing agencies and external recruiting partners when necessary to meet business demands. What You Bring Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
