We are a multi-brand pet products company serving customers through subscription and single-purchase ecommerce businesses. We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to own daily paid media execution and help grow our brands.

About the Role

You will personally build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, TikTok, and Pinterest, with strong expertise in Google and Meta.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can independently audit accounts, diagnose performance issues, manage budgets, and translate business objectives into effective campaigns. You will make daily decisions inside the ad accounts and provide clear recommendations to leadership.

Candidates with agency or leadership backgrounds are welcome, provided they have recent execution experience and want to remain directly involved in campaign management.

What You'll Do
- Personally execute campaigns from planning and setup through daily optimization and reporting.




- Develop campaign strategies and account structures tailored to each brand's products, customers, and business goals.
- Build and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, along with Meta acquisition and retargeting campaigns.
- Manage advertising across Microsoft, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Own budget allocation, pacing, bidding, keyword research, audience development, and ad copy testing.
- Conduct account audits to identify wasted spend, performance issues, and opportunities to scale.
- Investigate changes in ROAS, acquisition costs, and conversion rates using campaign, creative, tracking, and website data.
- Run structured creative and audience tests, working with the creative team on briefs and performance feedback.
