As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support high-volume recruiting efforts, partner with hiring managers, and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while contributing to business growth.

Support the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume hiring needs.
Execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).




Support recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives to ensure corporate hiring objectives are achieved.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.

Experience supporting recruitment campaigns for large-scale hiring initiatives.
Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment trends within Mexico and international markets.
Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
