Objective of the position:Lead and manage all critical activities related to truck manufacturing processes on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence through effective workforce management, adherence to work standards, and optimal use of equipment,
tools, and electrical testing systems. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, guaranteeing proper implementation of processes, balancing workloads, and driving continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events. The supervisor supports operational units (OUs) by focusing on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and the control and continuous improvement of departmental KPIs. Additionally, the position plays a key role in leadership, team engagement, and people development to build a high-performance culture. All activities are carried out with a strong commitment to Safety, Quality, and Customer Satisfaction as top priorities.
