What is your role?

Provide manufacturing systems support, IMS hardware support and technical assistance to Corning IT and backup support for the Site Leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with IT service delivery, project management, and functional/business resources to IT Support and Services on time.
- Participate in IMS Projects, IMS Infrastructure Support, including computers, printers, switches, servers and security.
- Interface with Corning IT to resolve issues.
- Communicate Infrastructure needs and issues to Site Leader, r epresents bridge between technology and business needs.
- Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
- Bring IT Support to end user requests and projects.

Experiences/Education - Required
Technical degree in an IT related field or combination of IT education and work experience.
- Good sense of timing.
- Able to write clearly in a variety of communication settings and styles.




- Effective organization with ability to handle changing priorities.
- Good communications, interpersonal skills.
