Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing agency team. This role is adecuado for someone with hands-on experience across social media, email marketing, website optimization and paid media campaigns, who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing multiple client accounts.

Experience working with luxury or travel brands is highly valued, especially within hospitality, premium experiences, or luxury tourism sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across:

-Social Media (organic and paid)

-Email Marketing / CRM

-Paid Media platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, launch, optimize, and report on digital campaigns to achieve client KPIs including lead generation, conversions, engagement, and ROAS
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including:

-Audience segmentation

-Automation flows





-Newsletter creation

-Performance analysis
- Analize Social Media performance and conduct social listening to detect trends
- Prepare client-facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaign execution
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and CRM
- Support new business pitches and strategic recommendations when needed

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of:

-Meta Ads Manager

-Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.)

-Social media management tools
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simul
