Our Monterrey operation is about 100 people across two flows - repeatable catalog production and one-of-a-kind custom wedding builds.
We are growing fast, and we need a Team Lead who can hold quality and pace on a hand-assembly line while developing the people on it.The job, honestlyYou lead a team on the floor.
You are the person who makes today's number happen: setting up the shift, balancing the line, unblocking stations, checking first-pass quality, and keeping wedding-dated orders protected no matter what else goes wrong that day.You also build people.

Some weeks that means you help test a packaging change, onboard a hiring class, or chase a supplier issue.

- We run on EOS / Traction with OKRs, and your targets are written down with you before you start.What you need- 2+ years leading a team in manufacturing, hand-assembly, kitting, packaging, or fulfillment- Hands-on experience with line balancing, hourly boards, 5S, kaizen, or similar - done it, not just studied it- Fluent English, spoken and written - you will be on daily calls with the US team.
This one is firm.
- Working comfort in ERP/WMS systems and Excel or Google Sheets- On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)- References you are happy for us to callStrongly preferred:made-to-order or handcrafted production (decor, furniture, apparel, promotional goods, maquila assembly).
