The Sales Trainee for Flavors Latam is an entry level position designed to develop dynamic, high potential candidates who are interested in pursuing a successful career in value-added food ingredient/ flavors sales.
The Sales Trainee Program is designed to provide a well-rounded, thorough understanding of the specialty value-added applications within our organization and to systematically grow and develop talent over a 2 year period , in preparation to become a successful Account Manager upon completion of the program.
**This role is full time office based in Tlalnepantla.
What you will do: The Sales Trainee will be given rotational assignments that serve various functions, and will receive increasing responsibilities with client interaction and eventually transition into a full-time sales role.
The Program will provide sequential on-the-job experience, job shadowing and opportunities to practice skills and receive leadership and sales coaching.
