Quality Supervisor - Quality Administrative Technician At IAC Group, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor to support operational and administrative quality activities within the plant.
This position will focus on quality process follow-up, document control, audit support, and KPI monitoring, working closely with operations and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities - Follow up on daily quality department activities.
- Support supervision and coordination of operational personnel.
- Monitor quality indicators and records.
- Follow up on corrective actions and containment activities.
- Support internal audits and compliance with procedures.
- Prepare reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards on the production floor.
Requirements - Technical degree, Engineering degree,



or Bachelor's degree completed.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or processes.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts - Basic experience supervising or following up with operational personnel.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why's, SPC, LPA, Basic blueprint reading, Measuring instruments, Excel and administrative follow-up Competencies - Organization - Attention to detail and follow-up - Effective communication - Teamwork - Problem-solving Preferred - Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
- Basic knowledge of Core Tools.
