Key Accountabilities
Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of the data used for analysis
Other job duties as assigned based on focus of the role

Ensure access to clean, reliable data for analysis, provide feedback on data quality and improvement/solution recommendations as needed.
Understand business needs and tailor analysis to support decisions.
Align on priorities, methodologies, and deliverables with broader analytics team.

Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics,



preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
2–5 years experience in a relevant role or field
Technical Skills and Knowledge:
Advanced Excel proficiency
SQL (non negotiable)
Python (nice to have)

Accuracy and completeness of datasets used in analysis
Timeliness of ad hoc reporting and insights delivery
Quality and clarity of analysis presented to stakeholders
Contribution to analytics projects and deliverables
Reduction in manual reporting through automation or process improvement
