Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita is seeking an accomplished Pastry Chef to lead our pastry program in a luxury resort setting. You will develop creative desserts, mentor a pastry team, and collaborate with culinary leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You bring 5–7 years of progressive pastry experience, 2–3 years in leadership, and a culinary degree or Pastry Arts certification.
Familiarity with HACCP, budgeting, and inventory is essential. Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
