Short Description
Finance Adminstratives take care of day to day postings in a duly manner with high focus on business acuracy and timing.

Job Responsibility

Accurately Record Standard Business Transactions: Ensure precise and in time posting of standard business transactions in compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and DIADUR GAAP

Support Finance Professionals: Provide support to finance professionals by assisting with various financial tasks and processes as needed

Meet due dates for month end closing and local authorities:



Meet all deadlines for month-end closing activities and ensure timely submission of reports and documentation to local authorities

Manage and Support Apprentices: Oversee and mentor apprentices in the finance department, offering guidance, training, and support to aid in their professional development

Qualification & Work Experience
Technical or Administrative qualification (e.g., diploma, certification, or degree) in a related field

1 - 3 years of work experience in relevant area

Hard Skills

standard command of local gaap and tax law

proficiency in ERP / SAP / QV

expertise in ticket system
