We are looking forCustomer Service Representatives (CSR) to support our operations.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support through a call center environment, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Assist members with questions related to benefits, coverage, eligibility, claims, and healthcare services.
- Research and resolve member inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Educate members on plan policies, procedures, available programs, and self-service resources.
- Document all interactions accurately within CRM and healthcare administration systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Claims, Billing, Enrollment, and Provider Services to resolve complex issues.
- Meet established service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and productivity goals.




- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations.Maintain a member-first approach while delivering high-quality customer support.

Requirements
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- English Advanced level.
- High School graduated.
- Professional customer service skills: solution mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience.
- Fair written and verbal communication skills.
- Critical thinking and logical thinking.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Thinks outside of the box.
- Demonstrated ability to be a fast learner and diligent worker.
- Problem solving abilities.

Type of work, schedule and our offer
This is a on-site position
Schedule
- Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM (general/rotative shift but 24/7 availability).
