Caterpillar Brazil seeks a high-potential engineer for its Leadership & Technical Development Program in Mexico. You will undertake three rotations over 36 months across Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain and Digital topics, with mandatory travel and willingness to relocate to participating facilities in Monterrey, Actual Laredo, Reynosa and other Mexican sites.
Candidates must have a engineering degree, GPA 8.0+, and strong English; relocation is provided for each rotation; visa sponsorship
