Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Service Representative, based in Tijuana, BCN. The Sales Service Representative will manage client relations, address inquiries,



and identify customer needs to provide effective solutions. Responsibilities include promoting company products, processing orders, generating sales reports, and offering technical guidance when necessary. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and ensuring a seamless customer experience through excellent service and support.

Qualifications

Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build relationships and handle client inquiries professionally

Proficiency in analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing sales strategies

Technical knowledge or ability to learn about the company's devices and solutions to provide guidance to clients

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Spanish and English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software

Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Previous sales or customer service experience in the manufacturing or technology sector is a plus
