This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Paperwork Collections Assistant working within Redwood Multimodal (one of our entities),you will work closely with internal teams, Redwood carrier partners, and vendors to ensure proper documentation is collected for proper invoice processing.

How You Make a Difference Everyday:
Learn the terminology and functions of Redwood’s LoadRunner software
Assist with the retrieval of missing paperwork to facilitate Redwood’s billing process.
Communicate with Redwood’s carrier partners daily to help identify shipments with missing paperwork and attempt to collect the required documents
Analyze daily reports and system dashboards to develop a strategic and efficient approach towards retrieving paperwork for unbilled loads.
Ensure proper documents are uploaded categorically by utilizing 3 rd party applications by Redwood’s paperwork processing partner
Escalate difficult retrievals to carrier and/or customer leadership as needed
Report discrepancies or inconsistencies to supervisor,



customer or carrier rep as needed.
