Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) – HIP-LatinoAmerica A.C. seeks a Gender Equity Program Manager to lead HIP's gender equity work in the Americas, with a focus on Mexico. The role reports to the Vice President in Mexico City and oversees strategy, grants, and fundraising to advance women’s rights and gender equity.
The role will manage 1–2 program staff, coordinate with partners, monitor impact, and develop capacity-building and communications support; travel within the region may be required.
