Experience: 5- 8 years of related experience
Knowledge

Quality Tools (5s, DMAIC, 6 sigma, Doe, 5 Why, 8D, Poka Yoke).

Tools Lean Manufacturing (VSM, Jidoka, JIT, Kanban, TPM, Std Work, Cell Manufacturing, SMED).

SMT Process (Screen Printing, Reflow Oven, Pin Trough Hole, Wave Soldering, ICT, Test).

Mechanical Integration(Top Level).

Lean Six Sigma

Activities / Responsibilities

Implementation of improvements to increase line capacity and cost reduction.

Kaizen, to improvement the production processes.

Mapping (VSM), to describe the current condition of process or line, to find opportunities of improvements.

Advice to document improvements implemented in production floor by different departments.

Standardization of all stations and structures to pipe structures, give it a radical change at plant image.

Improve visual factory in assemble stations.
