In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and execute strategic market and product line business plans aligned with growth and operational efficiency goals.
Identify opportunities to build internal technical capabilities, including test stand design and development.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal capabilities to define strategic direction.
Support the transition from external procurement to in-house solutions, improving cost efficiency and flexibility.
Create compelling business cases and presentations to support investment and capability development decisions.
Evaluate make-versus-buy scenarios, including partnerships, acquisitions, and internal development opportunities.
Conduct assessments for joint ventures, licensing agreements, and collaborative engineering initiatives.
Partner closely with engineering, operations, and production teams to align business strategy with plant needs.
Support faster execution of product validation and testing through improved internal processes and tools.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across functions and locations, leveraging best practices from sister plants.
