Objetivo de la vacante
Dar soporte operativo, administrativo y logístico a los proyectos del área para asegurar que la operación diaria de Mercadotecnia y Comunicación se mantenga ágil y fluida, alineada a la estrategia de la marca.

Escolaridad
Lic. Mercadotecnia, Comunicación o Administración (Egresados).

Experiencia
6 meses en trabajos similares o haber realizado proyectos relacionados.

Idioma
Inglés (Básico/Intermedio).

Actividades Principales

Apoyar en la operación diaria del departamento de Mercadotecnia y Comunicación para la unidad de negocio de Volvo Trucks en México.

Apoyar en la administración de proyectos, seguimiento a cronogramas y estructuración de datos para la planeación, ejecución y evaluación de las diferentes iniciativas.

Apoyar en la gestión logística, asegurando la disponibilidad y distribución de materiales de comunicación.

Colaborar en la coordinación operativa de convocatorias, eventos internos y externos, expos y congresos de la marca.





Generación de reportes cualitativos y cuantitativos que permitan evaluar los resultados de las diferentes iniciativas implementadas por Mercadotecnia y Comunicación.

Coordinar requerimientos con proveedores y áreas internas.
