About the Role

Passport's In-Country Operations team is organized into three areas: Marketplace Management & B2B, Freight Management, and 3PL. This role sits on the 3PL side, at the end of the shipping process.

Passport doesn't own warehouses.



It partners with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, and Mexico, with multiple partners per region. This person makes sure everything runs correctly in those partners' warehouse management systems (WMS): SKUs are set up, inbound shipments are received in full, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) orders flow out on time. Amazon and B2B orders are handled by other teams.

The work is largely ad hoc. Every day brings a different request from a client or a 3PL, so the role suits someone who problem-solves on the fly and follows up relentlessly until things are closed. Reporting on 3PL performance is mostly pre-built (including Passport's internal AI tools), but you'll be expected to catch red flags, spot when a report breaks, and build reporting for new warehouses as the network grows.
