As an Oracle EPM - Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive value.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. Responsibilities Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and utilization of Oracle systems
Engaging in business process modeling to align technology solutions with client objectives
Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline business operations
Participating in project architecture and budgeting to deliver successful implementations
Utilizing technical consultation skills to address client challenges and propose innovative solutions
Applying a learning mindset to adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends
Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform decision-making
What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle CRM
Utilizing business process modeling for client solutions
Implementing technology integration in enterprise environments
Developing training materials for emerging technologies
Excelling in systems project management and technical consultation
Adapting to diverse client needs and project scopes
Travel Requirements Up to 20%
