Salesforce Developer
Location: Monterrey, Mexico (Hybrid)
Duration: Full Time
Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components.

Configure and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Design and develop Salesforce solutions following Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL queries, and Unit Tests.

Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Work with middleware platforms and apply enterprise integration and trigger patterns.

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce application and integration issues.

Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and quality.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.





Deliver technical presentations and solution demos to stakeholders.

Stay current with Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Apex

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components

Apex Triggers

SOQL

Apex Unit Testing

Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

REST/SOAP API integrations

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience working with middleware and Salesforce integrations.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a general environment.
