Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output within a manufacturing environment. This role involves leading a team, fostering clear communication, and providing guidance to achieve production goals.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate daily production schedules and activities, ensuring adherence to plans and deadlines.

Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, optimizing workflow and efficiency.

Provide coaching and mentorship to production team members, fostering skill development and a positive work environment.

Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments regarding production status, challenges, and solutions.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.

Lead and motivate the production team to achieve established targets for output, quality, and safety.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and reduce waste.





Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production setting.

Strong abilities in Activity Coordination, with a demonstrated capacity to organize and manage complex tasks.

Excellent Coaching skills, with a track record of developing and motivating teams.

Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Demonstrated Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, guide, and direct a team towards common goals.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Proficiency in relevant production software and tools is a plus.

A strong commitment to safety and quality.
