The role focuses on advising internal customers in sales and shipping, optimizing business processes, and contributing to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, including development of the new IT Service Hub in Monterrey.
You will work across SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and LE, handle incidents, design end-to-end solutions, and collaborate with international teams.
