Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior SAP PP Lead to support our client in Mexicali. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and manufacturing processes and be comfortable working with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP PP functional activities including configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions.

Configure and support:

Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

Production Orders

Bill of Materials (BOM)

Work Centers

Routings

Demand Management

Capacity Planning

Production Scheduling

Work closely with manufacturing, production, and supply-chain teams.

Support integration between SAP PP and MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO .

Troubleshoot SAP PP issues and provide root-cause analysis.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams.

Lead testing, UAT, deployment,



and post-go-live support.

Participate in process improvements and SAP enhancement initiatives.

Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to business users and other SAP team members.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of SAP experience , with strong hands-on SAP PP experience.

Strong understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.

Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA .

Hands-on experience with MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.

Strong understanding of SAP PP integration with other SAP modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or support is a plus.

Preferred

SAP PP certification.

Experience with S/4HANA Production Planning.

Experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing.

Experience working with multinational/integral teams.
