What You'll Do In this role, you will: Design, build, and implement a comprehensive Human Resources compliance framework for the region, leveraging data-driven compliance management systems and Human Resources Information Systems to automate workflows, monitor key metrics, and maintain digital audit trails. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and external auditors to embed compliance requirements into day-to-day operations and advise the business on regulatory obligations. What You'll Bring Proven experience in Human Resources compliance, policy management, or regulatory affairs within the Latin America region. Strong knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks, compliance monitoring tools, and industry standards. Proven ability in risk assessment, analytical problem-solving, and managing stakeholder engagement with a high level of integrity and discretion. Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferable. Más de 5 años de experiencia progresiva en roles de ventas, con al menos 3 años en gestión de equipos comerciales en el sector comercial y ventas . Experiencia demostrada en la elaboración e implementación de estrategias de ventas exitosas en el mercado mexicano, preferiblemente en el norte del país. Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas. Dominio de herramientas CRM y software de análisis de ventas. Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro de la región de Saltillo y ocasionalmente a otras partes del país.
