INJECTION PROCESS ENGINEER
What are your main tasks?

Operation and setup of plastic injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss-Maffei, Cincinnati, etc.)

Setup and programming of servo-robots

Setup and operation of resin mixing systems

Hot runner molds

Operation of auxiliary equipment such as: mold temperature controllers, dryers, vision systems, metal detectors, vacuum systems, etc.

Off-line mold preparation

Setup of mold protection and ejector settings

Process adjustments based on scientific molding principles

Creation of process parameter sheets

Collaboration with production to ensure quality and standardize processes





What are your qualifications?

Knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and scientific molding

Overhead crane operation; mold mounting and dismounting

Interpretation of water flow and connection diagrams, and wiring diagrams for cavity sensors

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or a related field
