We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join our Operations and Managed Services team in Mexico. This position will be responsible for leading the operation and evolution of technology infrastructure services, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, platform stability, and strong relationships with strategic clients.
What You'll Do
Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure, operations, and managed services teams, ensuring service continuity and quality.
Manage corporate clients, acting as an escalation point for critical incidents and high-priority situations.
Lead technology infrastructure transformation, migration, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage SLAs, KPIs, budgets, vendors, contracts, and Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity strategies.
