- Define and execute packaging and flow optimization projects with clear action plans- Build and present business cases for leadership approval- Deliver against performance ambitions & KPI improvement in on-time delivery, cost, CO2 and all other Performance indicators of the 360 degrees-performance dashboardsActivities- Analyze packaging flows to identify inefficiencies and non-value-added activities- Assess packaging performance & efficiency (damage rates, load density, stackability, foldability etc.)- Propose packaging flow & design improvements, considering material protection, handling, stackability and transport cost- Lead the implementation of flow and packaging optimization projects,- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and engineers to prototype and validate solutions- Update SOPs and handling guidelines to reflect improvements- Collaboration and contribution to create a packaging catalog and/ or unique database#J-*****-Ljbffr
