- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Advanced English (Required)- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the manufacturing industry- Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environment- Experience coordinating with third-party HR service providers- Experience guiding managers through corrective action, progressive discipline, and performance management in compliance with the LFT- Experience owning new hire onboarding, organizing training programs, and ensuring DC-3 compliance certificate issuance- Proficiency in tracking and reporting site HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and employee relations activity- Knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT
